Aaron Adams is a coach and ex Army paratrooper. He and I always have great flowing conversations. He has a different perspective then most people I hang around. He is good for a laugh, is introspective and always has an interesting take on things.

Matt Mckenzie is an inspiring man. I look up to him like a big brother. He is a talented musician, song righter, athlete, martial artist and in my opinion, he and his wife Kate are the parents of the year. A little less then a year ago Matt's son was diagnosed with AT/RT cancer. Matts family went to war with a brain tumor and aggressive cancer and their story is extremely inspiring and resets me into properly aligned perspective. I am so incredibly honored that Matt would share his story with us on Brave Castle. This is the most important podcast I can see myself doing, at least for some time. The gravity Frankie's Fight brings to me is staggering. Every Time I see Frankie I get to witness his unmatched glow and Joy. He is a wonderful little person.
